Outlook to Microsoft Dynamics NAV - the program only receives changes made in Outlook for the corresponding Microsoft Dynamics NAV field.

Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Outlook - the program only sends changes made in Microsoft Dynamics NAV for the corresponding Outlook property.

Bidirectional - the program performs synchronization in both directions.
